Yes - you can see that in the project information in the workplace.
Just go to the Admininstration view, Project Management and click one
of your offline projects. You will get a list of all unpublished changes
together with an indication, which of those are locked
in the overview screen where all projects are listed, you can also
unlock all locked resources in your offline project.
By default there is only one big offline project for all unpublished
content, but you can create different projects for different parts of
your site, to allow to independently publish all unpublished changes for
one specific project rather than publishing all stuff for the whole project
