[opencms-dev] Newbie question

Hello all,

I want to build a Tutorial based website with 3 columns. First column has the navigation link and clicking on this i need to give list of articles available under the category. Click on eacy article should open the respective page. Tags could be added to the article and it should be available for search. 

How should i go about? Do i need to write any code accessing database?
