[opencms-dev] Combining Newsletter and Webuser

Hi 

We are using the webuser and the newsletter module.
Now we would like to allow our webuser to check a newsletter flag upon
registration, and thus he should automatically get added to the newsletter
group. Also, a webuser should be able to remove himself from the mailing
list using the profile page.

My question is:
Have some of you done something similar? Is there an approach you can
recommend?
