[opencms-dev] Adding checksums to OpenCms 8

Hi Andreas,

thats good thinking. So are you proposing to add them at the driver
level and do not expose it or don't implement it at all? Of course
databases implement sophisticated mechanisms but escpecially MySQL
doesn't (AFAIK).
