[opencms-dev] assign user from other organizational unit

I setup a site with several OU for limiting access to the user only to some
branch of the site. IE:
OU /
OU /A
OU /A/B
OU /A/C
OU /A/D
Each OU has assigned a single resource (a singol folder of VFS).

If I try to assign to OU /A/B a user from OU /A/C  the workplace goes in
error. In the log I found:
"Error setting the organizational unit redattori/PP/ for user
redattori/OS/test. The user can not be member of any group for this
operation."

Any suggestion? Does anyone have tested the assignment of a user from other
organizational unit?
