[opencms-dev] first install tomcat error

Hi all,

finally I found the solution under the following URL:

It seems to be special to Ubuntu/Debian. Adding

grant codeBase "file:/var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/opencms/-" {
	permission java.security.AllPermission;
};

to /etc/tomcat6/policy.d/50local.policy

and restart tomcat did it.
