Sorry for the wrong subject in my initial email.
Could anybody help with the below query?
This is happening during publish..

Thanks
Shency

Hi All,

We have an issue with OpenCMS 6.

The bottom line is that we've got a rouge file that produces an exception that cannot be removed and/or overwritten:

( 1 / 1 ) Deleting file /help/customerSupport/index.html ... Error publishing file "/sites/default/help/customerSupport/index.html".

Exception org.opencms.file.CmsVfsResourceNotFoundException: Unable to read resource with ID "24ee452c-1c96-11dd-a0d6-46ad89000130".

We've tried:

*         Having Apache/Tomcat restarted

* Clearing the OpenCMS cache & purge JSP repository

*         Deleting the file (index.html)

*         Uploading a new file (index.html)

Would it make sense to try and remove/repair it an an OS level?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Shency
