[opencms-dev] publishing in point in time in the future

Maybe this is daily bread with OpenCMS anyway (7.0.5, 7.5.0):

It is Friday noon now, I have imported a portion of my website for
publishing. In the offline project a couple of folders are flagged.
But I would like to publish the pages and files Sunday evening while
I'm out of office.

Can I do this with the Advanced->Availability Option and do I have to
publish now to the Online project? 

Will the old pages be available until Sunday evening or how does it function?
