Hi Thomas,

i suppose you only see the "edit button", because your collector is
"allInSubTree.."
I think it cannot show the "new button" because it wouldn't know to which
SubTree the new file shall be saved to. I have the similar problem in my
site, The editors complain a little bit about this but I don't have an idea
how to change it.

Best regards

Frank

Hello,

I've got two problems with the direct edit feature.

First, the direct edit links are only visible if enter the site from the
workplace. Otherwise the style and script in the header aren't actually
included.
The configuration: a system with multiple sites on different domains but
one
workplace. The configuration is realised with an apache webserver and
mod_proxy.

The second problem is, that only the edit button appears. The buttons "new"
and
"delete" are missing, even if i am logged in as admin.

The template:
(...)
<cms:contentload collector="allInSubTreePriorityDateDesc"
param="${articleResource}article-%(number).html|article" preload="true">
   <cms:contentinfo var="info"/>
   <c:if test="${! info.emptyResult}">
      <cms:contentload pageIndex="${pageIndex}" editable="manual"
pageSize="${articlesPerPage}">
         <cms:contentinfo var="contentInfo" scope="request" />
              <cms:contentaccess var="article"/>
         (...display contents...)
         <cms:editable mode="manual"/>
      <cms:contentload>
   </c:if>
<cms:contentload>
(...)

Perhaps I don't see the wood for the trees. I'd be grateful for any hints.

Regards
Thomas Decher
