[opencms-dev] can not edit httpd.conf

Just let your system admin add a config in httpd.conf such as 
Include /usr/share/tomcat5/webapps/opencms/WEB-INF/classes/opencmsvhost.conf
and add a sudo permission to allow you run:
sudo /etc/init.d/httpd graceful
or
sudo /etc/init.d/httpd restart

You can edit the opencmsvhost.conf in OpenCms and then restart apache by
sudo.

We have a SiteManager module to do this.
