[opencms-dev] Encoding problem of replicated properties

Hi all, 

actually the bugtracking system will not accept any requests, as
it quits with "undef error - Insecure dependency in exec while running
with -T switch at /usr/share/perl5/Mail/Mailer/sendmail.pm line 31.".

Well I'll try it this way :-) 

Some special characters in properties are not well replicated. To check
the replication chain the export archive under logs/replication contains
in the manifest.xml the correct encoding e.g. "Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil.
Joško Ožbolt". Then the import on the replication node fails in some way
that CMS_ONLINE_PROPERTIES contains finally "Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Josko
O?bolt". On a site node the JSP produces "Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Jo?ko
O?bolt", again a "variation". Both MySQLs -master and replication- are
identical with type of table, collation and charater set. OCEE is 2.1.3.
