[opencms-dev] Old templates in version 8

Ok the missing direct edit button was due to a rouge page element so that 
works now as does the 'Selection' button.  The following are still issues:

The context button has no entries (is this how it is supposed to be, I as 
expecting at least 'View workplace')

- The target button that toggles the toolbar on and off is missing.  The 
div is there but no image and clicking the space has no effect.  I thought 
it might be css related but it is using data:image/png as the url for the 
image which is something i've not seen before.
