Hi,

In OpenCMS v8, is there a way of overwriting element settings like you can with formatters?

For example, I would like to use the default v8news content type as it has all the required fields. I have created a new formatter which overwrites the default one to generate the HTML I need but I would like also to change the element settings 'Box Schema' and 'Image Align'. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Many thanks

Matt
