[opencms-dev] 2 simple questions

1. How do I comment out a cms:include statement properly? It seems that if I put it into an HTML comment <!-- --> it continues to be included.

2. If I edit a file that is included through cms:include the template that includes the file is not marked as having changed and will not be published. I have to make some trivial change in the template to get it to recognize that it has changed.
