[opencms-dev] Open project - Offline project

Hi Arpad,

1) there is a button in the workplace, in the top button bar, which allows you to publish everything.
2) right clicking on any content in the workplace gives you a contextual menu. The first entry publishes the resource (assumed the resource is "dirty")
3) publishing programmatically is described in the following mail (near the bottom): http://lists.opencms.org/pipermail/opencms-dev/2011q2/035914.html
