[opencms-dev] Critical error on deployment in WLS

Hi,

I am getting the following error with 8.0.3 when I am trying to deploy the opencms module on Oracle WLS 11g.

The following critical error occurred:
Critical error during OpenCms initialization: The OpenCms WEB-INF folder can not be determined, please set the parameter "OpenCmsHome" in "web.xml".
Giving up, unable to start OpenCms.

Any ideas on what is causing this whether someone has fixed it in WLS or another app server ?
