[opencms-dev] OCEE Bug??

Hi Vince,

this is really an improvement, not a bug fix. In previous versions of the Alkacon OCEE cluster module a slave server would in some cases unnecessarily try to connect to the other servers within the cluster, in the new version this is avoided.

So, the old version is working well enough, the new one is better.
