Hello Ludwig,

We can't reproduce your problem with version 8.0.3. Could you please 
post the raw XML code of the .config file from "anothersite" (by 
selecting "edit control code" from the context menu and then 
copy/pasting)? Maybe something else is wrong with that file. Also, are 
there any errors in the log file when OpenCms starts up?
