[opencms-dev] Reduce number of threads needed by Tomcat

Hi,

on a virtual server of mine there is a limitation of theads which can be
used by the OS.

I noticed that Tomcat running OpenCms has around 40 threads. MySQL uses a
number of threads as well.

Is there any config I can do to reduce the number of threads which Tomcat
and/or OpenCms create?
