[opencms-dev] is this a issue in 8.0.4 ?

every since the upgrade from .0.3 to .0.4 whenever I link my subfolders/files the complete url looks like this

<a href="http://cms.mysite.com/opencms/system/workplace/editors/dashboard/download.html"> Download Here </a>

why is this all thing loading  http://cms.mysite.com/opencms/system/workplace/editors/  when I need only  /dashboard/index.html 
how to remove this ????
