[opencms-dev] TinyMCE editor creates absolute links

Building the opencms.jar should be enough. Note that this won't fix 
existing links, however.

I checked this again. The setting only seems to work for heights > 
200px, so 120px doesn't work right now. However, the height includes the 
toolbar and status bar.
