[opencms-dev] Module Properties / Parameters ?

Hello guys,

I was playing with the configuration module file and I noticed that it has
a property tab, where I can set some properties. What is this for ? / How
can I use it ?

Another question I have is how can I use the module parameters that I set
in the Administration View of the module?

I only found
"Module parameters are intended to add further custom configuration
settings to your module, which you later read out in your Java code. "
