The bug is fixed in 7.5.4:
Fixed issue #1949: Database size does not decrease after (completely)
deleting resources

Esse é um bug da versão 7.0.5, foi corrigido na 7.5.4, tive que atualizar
alguns projetos em produção por causa dessa questão.
