[opencms-dev] Problem with editor with OpenCms 8.0.4

Hi !
We are using OpenCms 8.0.4, and our client has some problems using the rich text editor.
Text is displayed in plain text and there are no rich text options (the bar is not displayed).

It's working from our side.

Our client and us are using the same version of google chrome (19).

Anyone got an issue like this ?
