[opencms-dev] Improvement suggestion: allow export of scheduled jobs configuration

Improvement suggestion: I think it would be great to enable the export
of scheduled jobs configurations, i.e. allowing to assign a scheduled
jobs configuration to a module, and then being able to export/import
it together with the module.
Afaik right now, this can only be done manually (copy/paste).
