Giedrius,
a little additon:

Before importing the content, make sure that all required modules are 
imported on the new system.

And very IMPORTENT: Take care in which site you do the export and 
import. I would very STRONGLY suggest that you do all of your exports 
and imports in the Root-Site "/".


If you have a lot of content in your system, it might be a good idea not 
to do all the export in one file, but to do multiple exports with 
different parts of your system.
