[opencms-dev] SOURCE CODE FOR A WEB-FORM in OpenCMS 7.5.3

Dear All,

I running an OpenCMS 7.5.3 on my server and everything is working fine 
except the Alkacon web-form Mobule. No reaction hafter validating a 
form, the mail server is correctly configured on the configuration file.

Now I need another sample code or module which could help me do build a 
web-form in my website including the capcha /and upload functionality.

Need your urgent help
