[opencms-dev] Help using OpenCMS 8.5.0 and creating templates

Hi Gary,
this file contains the header and footer of the v8-demo-templates, it's only
available if you installed
com.alkacon.opencms.v8.template3_8.0.4 (I think). You can create such a file
if you select
->new ->  Structured contents -> Header / Footer configuration
