[opencms-dev] Restricting publishing permissions for an Organizational Unit's user

Hi, list:

Is there a way to restrict publishing permissions (publish project button
and direct publish option, both disabled) for a user who belongs to an
Organizational Unit?

I've been able to apply this kind of permissions to a "normal" user (i.e.
the user belongs to the root OU), but the list of roles available for an
Organizational Unit's user is different from the roles list available for a
"normal" user.
