[opencms-dev] Shockwave files not visible to anonymous users

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with *.swf file. I've added these files as type of 'binary' and they are currently only available as Admin. When I am not logged in as Admin the file is not visible and I get a resource not found exception.

Does anybody know what could be causing this?
