[opencms-dev] opencms dump update to another server

[p r a v e e n]

copied my OpenCMS Data (mysql+tomcat) to another server. and when I try to start the app it throws this error.

Critical error during OpenCms initialization: Unable to initialize the user driver

what could be the reason.
