either your database is not running or it is not accessible. check your database settings in opencms.properties.

copied my OpenCMS Data (mysql+tomcat) to another server. and when I try to start the app it throws this error.
Critical error during OpenCms initialization: Unable to initialize the user driver

what could be the reason.
