[opencms-dev] is it bug in editor ?

checked the control code and Is it because there is a uuid set <uuid>0f7fd704-c445-11e2-9997-896bbd7e454e</uuid>

<link name="link0" internal="true" type="A">
          <target><![CDATA[/sites/default/globus/products/reports/index.html]]></target>
          <uuid>0f7fd704-c445-11e2-9997-896bbd7e454e</uuid>
          <query><![CDATA[link=addedtotest]]></query>
</link>

and the output is 

index.html_862436167.html

Whenever we use something like ->> "index.html?LinkID=96" 
the content automatically changing to ->> "index.html_862436167.html" 

Is there any way to fix it ?
