[opencms-dev] contents as JSON/XML

Hi Guys,

I am trying to use OpenCMS as a content repository for my external facing website. So the author can login to the authoring module to create contents.
But, I'd like to emit the articles as JSON/XML output and have my own consuming API access it as REST output. Can it be possible?

If there is an example setup like that please point to me or else the basic requirements to handle this.
