[opencms-dev] OpenCMS 8.9 Documentation

Is there documentation on the Wiki for 8.9?  I have downloaded the Manual
for 8.9 and it's helpful, but what I can't figure out is how to create a
brand new blank site or edit the demo to remove the header and all to build
my own site with it's own look and feel, css, etc.

The previous Beginners Guide does not seem to apply with 8.9 or more
correctly, things are not in the same place as before (my assumption).

Any insight would be helpful.
