[opencms-dev] Bootstrap template with DocCenter

I am currently experimenting with OpenCms. I downloaded the latest version 8.9 with the bootstrap template. I also am very new to OpenCms and trying to fully understand concepts in it. DocCenter plugin was something that would greatly be of use for me in this project. However, I downloaded it and imported the module.

When I click the add content wizard it shows an option for DocCenter but when I try dragging it onto the screen, it won't let me drop it anywhere. My guess is that I somehow need to configure the bootstrap template to handle this resource type specifically but have no clue how to do so.

Could someone point me in the right direction here and explain to me how I would get this to work in bootstrap template or is it not possible?
