[opencms-dev] openCMS 9 - two pc's, one oracle DB

Howdy all, newbie to the group, be gentle! - I searched the archives and couldn't find this answered, so:

I want to have two pc's loaded up with openCMS 9 pointing to the same oracle DB. I already have one box set up and working.  My intention is not for the two boxes to be open at the same time - but for a backup in case the one person doesn't show up for work, then the other one can take over.

Is this possible?

If so, please describe in detail - or point me to a detailed description of how to do the second install.
