[opencms-dev] Opencms 9 - Formatter_Config not used

Hello all,

I'm trying to understand how to enable the Formatter_config for a formatter
to be used. I did all I could see like the dev-demo (dev-demo/settings), but
it seem like I'm missing some important knowledge here.

What I want :
Use Element Settings in the bullseye of a page to modify it.

What I did: ( Following /sites/default/dev-demo/settings )
- A container_page linking to my pages
-> With formatterSettings#name
- A page with information and a special type ( Like ddarticle )
- A .config with the special type and a name patern.
- A formatter
- a formatter_config linking to the formatter, with content type of my page
and, of course, settings I want to be modified with the bullseye.

I know it's not very explicit, but could someone give me a good link for a
good documentation about this aspect, or even better, a little cue :)
