[opencms-dev] Module development for OpenCms 9

Hello,

I used to develop OpenCms 7 modules and templates with the
old OpenCms Module Developer plugin and Eclipse.

Now I have a new project, and decided to step forward.
I found out that OpenCms Module Developer is not compatible with OCMS9.

I have to develop both templates for the web pages and specialized 
active (jsp) componens.
I will need debugging with Eclipse.
Which way is the preferred development method nowadays?
