[opencms-dev] Missing message entries for direct edit provider

Hi,

it seems to me that in the 9.0.1-distro the message file in

	[EDITORS]/directedit/messages_de.properties

is incomplete.

After upgrading from 8.0.4 we get messages in the frontend like "??? GUI_DIRECTEDIT_TEXT_EDIT_0 ???".

However, appending all entries from 

	[EDITORS]/messages_de.properties

to 

	[EDITORS]/directedit/messages_de.properties

solves this for us.

Is it a bug or do I miss something? If it's a bug I will be happy to create a bug report.
