[opencms-dev] How to make pdf file downloadable or viewable which lie in some category or folder

Dear All, 
          I want to make pdf files downloadable using jsp function which 
lie in download folder in site. like this "
http://www.opencms.org/en/modules/downloads/dl-opencms-8.5.1-developer-documentation.html
"  when you click on "Click here to download" but also viewable in 
browser.

Please somebody help me.
