[opencms-dev] How to create a Folder and Menu only visible to specific logged in user

So I added "Overwrite all Inherited" on new folder, and then added the
user to folder's permission.
so guest users are not seeing that folder and menu any more.

but still admin sees it.

Added Admin user and Administrator group and denied all permissions,
but still admin can see the menu after login.

Any idea how to remove all permissions, even administrator permission on
a folder ?

Thanks
Babak
