Hi Babak,
it is not possible to remove permissions for Admins.
If you want to change that, you need to change some core classes. Can't tell you right now which one.
But I would recommend, not to do that.
The problem is, that even when you could remove the frontend permissions for admins, they could login to the backend and see everything anyway.

So I added "Overwrite all Inherited" on new folder, and then added the user to folder's permission.
so guest users are not seeing that folder and menu any more.
but still admin sees it.
Added Admin user and Administrator group and denied all permissions, but still admin can see the menu after login.
Any idea how to remove all permissions, even administrator permission on a folder ?
