[opencms-dev] Getting rid of /opencms/opencms

(If it happens to be nginx, I can share the setup that I'm currently testing.  Really should document it in the wiki as well, I suppose.)

Surely there must be another way than getting Apache to rewrite urls?
For one thing, i'm not currently using Apache.
