[opencms-dev] OpenCms 9.5.0 software prerequisites

My recent attempt to install an OpenCms instance on my notebook failed 
due to probably not exactly matching
software prerequisites. I got that warning that imaging migt probably 
not work and the install dialog showed
the Alkacon logo on the left upside down and on the right no logo at all 
was to be seen,
as a result no icons at all showed in the 9.5.0 workplace.

(That was Tomcat 7.0, MySQL 5.1, Java JRE 1.8.0_25)

What are the exact versions of MySQL, Java and Tomcat that OpenCms 9.5.0 
is certified to?

Not quite having understood, how Docker works, my question maybe 
pointless, but is there a Docker image for Windows 7 or how would I use
a Docker image under Windows 7?
