[opencms-dev] database export from root or site root - especially in 9.5.0 ?

When doing a database  export of a site to a .zip file using the 
database export tool in the workplace,
is it better to do it always from the workplace root including 
/sites/mysite - so to say, "moving" in the "view"
to "/" or doesn't it matter doing it from /sites/mysite with view set to 
"mysite"?
