[opencms-dev] Removing a module resource type

OpenCms9.5.0:

In systems/modules/org.my.template I had a resource type

contentrow_text which I wanted to delete and create a new.

I was able to delete it from /system/modules/org.my.template/.config 
using the Edit menu.

But creating a new Module Resource Type in the Administration menu says 
it already exists (!)

Where else are traces of this stored?
