[opencms-dev] Editor, Gallator, Templator roles in Opencms 9.5

What role (in OpenCms 9.5.x) is required to obtain the right to publish 
a site or parts thereof? Where are the distinct roles (Editor, Gallator, 
Templator) described further?  I looked into documentaion.opencms.org 
and didn't find it right away. I remember they were mentioned in 
Alexander Kandziors keynot talk on the OpenCmsDays 2014
