[opencms-dev] need quick introduction how to run an OpenCms docker image

Could someone please give me a quick introduction on how to run an 
OpenCms docker image?

I installed boot2docker-vm under Windows 7 but I'm clueless which docker 
file I had to run and where?

Do I just paste the contents of the file on github to a shell script and 
execute it in the boot2docker-vm window?
