[opencms-dev] Re-introduce page with free text

Hi Paul,

excuse the wrong advice, hope you found it meanwhile. I myself got 
victim of it having
forgotten that the right place where to enable page with free text
is opencms-workplace.xml and it's still commented out by enclosing <!-- 
explorertype name="xmlpage" -->
